鱼儿烹饪记~蒸牛油蛋糕
材料:
牛油 210g (因为多出10g,就干脆放完进去)
糖 220g (我放200g)
蛋 4粒
自发粉 250g
鲜奶 180ml
做法:
1。将牛油和糖打至松软(大概10~15分钟)
2。分次加入蛋打至均糖溶
3。再分次加入自发粉拌均
4。倒进模,大火蒸 45min 至熟即可。
