鱼儿烹饪记~ 黑啤酒排骨
黑啤酒排骨
掩料:1粒鸡蛋,适量盐,少许糖,1少许麻油,1匙面粉,1匙蛋黄粉,2吃粟粉,水少许
汁料:少许油,100号100ml,黑啤酒100ml,麦芽饮料,麦芽2匙,1匙生抽(咸度依自己喜好调),黑酱油少许,蒜米少许
煮法:排骨加入掩拌均匀,至少3小时。然后炸至金黄色,捞起滤干有份。然后爆香蒜米,再倒炸过的排骨进去炒一下就加汁料去焖至软度和浓度,就是香香啤酒味道排骨了~~
