鱼儿烹饪记 之 客家酿豆腐
酿豆腐材料:
马交鱼,花肉,鲜虾
葱头蒜米榨汁,胡椒粉,耗油,酱青,麻油,盐,少许木薯粉 (如果要馅料更Q,可以加下马蹄碎
)
把所有调味料加进去肉,然后缴均匀后拿起肉拍打几下。这个动作可以让肉更爽口。
